Today is Patch Tuesday in Redmond, and Microsoft is keeping with form by pushing out a new update to Windows 10 PCs running Version 1511. Today’s update is quaintly known as KB3140743, and takes the non-Insider build of Windows 10 up to build 10586.122.
We don’t know precisely what the build has changed, but Microsoft has already published the build’s update page:
This update includes improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10 Version 1511 and Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview 4.
If you’re running the non-Insider version of Windows 10, then go to Settings > Update & Security and hit the update button. You’ll need to restart your system, and so keep that in mind before you do.
