Last we heard, HP said that the Elite x3 will receive Windows 10 Mobile Anniversary Update « in the coming weeks. » Well, the good news is that the update has started rolling out – it’s available both over-the-air as well as through the Windows Device Recovery Tool.

Aside from the Anniversary Update-related changes, the new firmware also brings along support for Double Tap to Wake as well as a charging LED indicator light. It’s also worth mentioning that the camera-issues – over which the US sales of the phone have reportedly been halted – have also been fixed.
